What is Vytorin?

Vytorin is generically known as the drugs ezetimibe and simvastatin. Both drugs reduce lowers the volume of cholesterol absorbed by the body, and also prohibit the creation of cholesterol by the body. Vytorin lowers "bad" cholesterol and increases the presence of "good" cholesterol, resulting in a lowered chance of the arteries hardening, heart attack, and stroke Vytorin may be used for other reasons. Serious Vytorin side effects:

• Muscle pain
• Nausea
• Stomach pain, loss of hunger
• Darker urine and/or clay colored feces
